From North or South of Portsmouth
Take exit 5 off rte 95. This is the Portsmouth traffic circle and this exit will lead to rte 1 by-pass (the Meadow Brook Motel is on the right) go approx. 1 1/2 miles through 4 sets of traffic lights. Continue straight until road turns into Lafayette road (rte 1) bear right. Follow Lafayette Rd past Water Country (on right) Big Lot's Plaza (on right) Taco Bell(on right) and look for the sign of Lafayette Place. Turn right at lights. Together is on the second floor.

Directions from North of Manchester:
Take route 93 to Exit 9N. Exit 9N is for Hooksett Road, also known as Route 28 North. Come down the exit ramp and go straight onto Hooksett Road. Go through three sets of lights. You will go past McDonald's and past Merchant Motors, which will be on the left. On your right will be the K-Mart shopping plaza. Right after the K-Mart there will be a set of lights with a Dunkin Donuts on your left and a Citizens Bank on your right. Turn right at the lights onto Clough Avenue. Follow this road for approximately one eighth of a mile until you come to a stop sign. Bear right. This puts you onto By-Pass 28 South (Londonderry Turnpike). There is an Agway Store on your left. Follow By-pass 28 for approximately 2 miles, going straight through one set of lights. Look for Algonquin Tennis Center on your right and the Kozy 7 Motel on your left. Our sign is visible from this point. Take your very next right and then turn right again into our parking lot. The entrance is in front of the building. If you pass a Brighter Future Day Care you have gone too far.
Directions from the Manchester Area:
Take route 293 South to Route 101 East, heading towards Portsmouth. Go past the Mall of NH follow Route 101 East to Exit 1. Exit 1 is for By-Pass 28, Auburn and Hooksett. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp onto By-Pass 28 heading North. Travel approximately three miles. On the right is Chestnut Quilter and the Stand by Me Child Care Center. Take your next left and turn right into the TOGETHER parking lot in the front of the building. If you go past the Kozy 7 Motel you have gone to far.

Coming from the North or South:
Take Route 3 North (Everett Turnpike) to Exit 7W which is Amherst St. Travel approximately 1/2 mile ***past Burger King, Pizza Hut, and The Mortgage Specialists. You will see The Mortgage Specialists big flashy sign, turn right at 337 Amherst St, the plaza with Chen Yang Li restaurant. Go into main entrance, we are on the 1st floor.
Coming from the East:
Take 101A West (Amherst Street). Follow it down past Peter’s Honda there is a jug handle turn on the right, turn around there.
